Jeremy, I just read your last two entries. The first one of what a crummy week you had. Hang in there faithful one. :) Try to look at it one day at a time vs. five more weeks of this?! I also read the one about your impatience. Remember, Satan would like nothing better than for you to be tired and yell at the DQ Grill and Chill girl, or be crabby to your wife. Keep your guard up even though your body may be weary, your heart can be strong with the Lord! I know you know all this, but you are fighting a good fight, and I am sure you are feeling both physically and emotionally tired. I have an inspirational devotion book from Max Lucado on God's Promises that I often turn to for words of wisdom, comfort, and scripture passages. Let me share a few with you. 2 Cor. 1:3-5 3Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. 5For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows. Other quotes to remember: Do not pray with how big your problem is, but pray with how big our God is. or God is greater than our weakness. In fact it is (in) our weakness that reveals how great God is.... Have a good week!!
